We're currently shipping to the US only, but if you're overseas stay tuned! We'll be launching international shipping soon.
Q: What if I have issues with tracking, need to edit my shipping address, or anything else?
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. For anything else, please contact Mented Cosmetics at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’d be happy to help.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Email us at email@example.com and we’d be happy to help you through a return or exchange. Your return must be processed 30 days after your order was received for a full refund. Refunds sent in without prior contact will be denied.
Q: Can I return some of the items in a collection?
We consider a collection one product, you can not return part of a collection for a refund.
Q: How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
