Mented is short for pigmented, because pigmentation is key. Our products not only show up, they enhance the natural beauty of women of all hues.

We're currently shipping to the US only, but if you're overseas stay tuned! We'll be launching international shipping soon.
Q: What if I have issues with tracking, need to edit my shipping address, or anything else?
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. For anything else, please contact Mented Cosmetics at email@example.com and we’d be happy to help.
Q: How can I learn more about Mented products?
Q: Does Mented work on sensitive or oily skin?
Yes! We thought about you too. Our lipsticks are vegan, non-toxic, and paraben free. Read a list of ingredients here.
Q: How long will it take the product to expire?
Our products hold a shelf life of at least 2 years! So go ahead make them a part of your everyday routine.
Q: Do you test on animals?
Nope, not our thing.
Q: Where are your lipsticks manufactured?
Our lipsticks are proudly made in the USA.
Q: Does the lip gloss have a fragrance?
Good question. We've recently added a light frangrance to our lip glosses. Enjoy!
Q: I’m not sure which lip shade will look best on me, can you make a recommendation?
We’d love to make a recommendation, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo to review. We also recommend that you check out @mentedcosmetics on Instagram,Twitter, Facebook and Youtube. Please note if you choose a shade that doesn’t quite fit we offer a very generous exchange policy.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Email us at email@example.com and we’d be happy to help you through a return or exchange. Your return must be processed 30 days after your order was received for a full refund. Refunds sent in without prior contact will be denied.
Q: Can I return some of the items in a collection?
Items purchased in a collection may be returned for partial credit. Customers who wish to return part of a collection will be charged the full price for the products they keep.
Q: How do I qualify for the Rapid Exchange Program?
When a customer’s order contains 3 items or fewer they qualify for the rapid exchange program. This program allows customers to keep their unwanted product(s) and choose a new shade(s) of their choice.
Q: What are the benefits of using the Rapid Exchange Program?
We designed the Rapid Exchange Program to take the hassle out of the exchange process.The benefits of this program are numerous; mainly we want you to have the perfect nude lip you love as soon as possible. So instead of heading to the post office to exchange your order we will send you an invoice for $4.50 which covers the cost of shipping and we will send you the product that fits you best.
Q: How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Q: How can I check the status of my order?
You can view the status of your order on your Accounts page. Separately, we send a confirmation email when the order is placed and another email when the order ships.
Q: Can I update my order once it’s placed?
We process orders pretty quickly, but sometimes we can make quick changes. If you need to cancel or change your order please email us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: Can I use more than one promo code per order?
Only one promo code at a time please.
Q: Can I use a promo code more than once?
No, you can not use a promo code more than once.
Friend Referral Program
Q: Does Mented have a friend referral discount?
Yes! We hope you love Mented and encourage your friends to love it too. For every friend that makes a purchase you can receive a reward for 10% off, login to your account to refer a friend.
Q: How does the referral program work?
Send your friends your personalized referral link.Your friends must purchase on mentedcosmetics.com using the code that your referral link reveals. Once their purchase is complete you will be notified via email of your reward.
Beauty Influencer Program
Q: Does Mented offer discounts to makeup artists?
Yes! We’re so excited you want to stock up on our product and use it on your clients. We offer a discount of 25% on all mentedcosmetics.com orders.
Q: So how do I get the discount?
Once accepted into our Beauty Influencer Program we will apply the discounts to your account. Please email us at email@example.com and include the following:
- Copy of your photo ID
- At least 1 credential ( i.e. your name listed in the credits in an editorial)
- Link to website/social channels
