For example, we spent years reworking our best-selling Everyday Eyeshadow palette to include a deep red/purple shade without the use of Carmine, which is animal-derived and common in the beauty industry. It was important to us to make sure that this shade was included in the palette without compromising our ethical standards, and we are proud of the result.
