Position Description:

We are looking for an detailed-oriented, multi-tasking, part-time Operations Coordinator who is inspired by a fast-paced environment and the opportunity to assist in executing our overall business strategy. The Operations team consists of demand planning, supply chain management, warehouse management, retail operations, and customer experience.The Operations Coordinator will ensure all operation functions are coordinated smoothly and effectively. The Operations Coordinator will report to the Operations Lead and will work directly with several internal and external teams. You’ll be joining a lean and growing startup, so you should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be organized and detail oriented, and maintain a can-do attitude with a willingness to pitch in where needed.


  • Day-to-day inventory management including e-commerce and pop-up retail channels
  • Placing purchase orders with our manufacturers suppliers and monitoring production and transit status
  • Helping to manage retail purchase orders and tasks for various partnerships and vendors
  • Deliver excellent customer service through the development of constructive and cooperative working relationships with those on your team as well as cross functionally with Product Development, Marketing and other internal teams
  • Respond to inquiries from our Customer Service team to ensure client satisfaction
  • Implementation of customer service improvements
  • Daily communication with our warehouse and shipping partners to coordinate receipt and delivery of goods and customer order fulfillment 
  • Update product master files 
  • Reporting from Shopify, warehouse management systems and Quickbooks




  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Supply chain, logistics, or retail, operations experience a plus
  • Competency in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs,  and the ability to quickly master new applications and systems
  • Strong analytical, operational, problem solving, and organizational skills to balance and prioritize workload
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail  ­oriented with an ability to multi­task effectively
  • Team player capable of working cross ­functionally
  • Willingness to extend yourself and assist other team members
