I looked at the various shades of lipstick and I was not sure if any of them was the shade that I wanted. I received a text from Mented about finding the shade that I wanted. Through the text, I told Mented what I was looking for and was shown a shade, but it still was not what I wanted, so I told Mented what shade I was really looking for and I was given another shade to look at. It was the shade that I wanted so I was able to pay for my selection over the phone, but it was somewhat difficult to do (probably was not doing it correctly). When I finally got it right, my lipstick came and I tested it. It is exactly what I was looking for! Thank you Mented for your help and service.
